Bill I am not a big collector on the Finest so I dont know alot about them but I think the Moats is the blue refractor /299 maybe you can tell by the scan:

I can help.
The Ronnie Brown is the base RC Auto #/299 (there were only a few base RC Autos that were #'d...most base RC Autos were not #'d). Snick you were right, there are no parallels for the Ronnie Brown other than the printing plates.

Also, that Moats is indeed the Blue Refractor #/299.
