    Football Cards for Kids

After finishing the Topps Baseball Series 1 and waiting on Series 2, my son says he wants to do a Football set this year....so:

What set would you recommend to a 13 year old with limited budget, nice cards, good rookies and able to build the set?

I figure ebay on the GU/AUTO stuff of players he likes, so that doesn't play into the set..

    Thanks in advance

2005 Throwback Threads is a nice, fairly inexpensive set. I have a lot of the base if you are interested.

There's just too many in these brands to make a set, in my opinion since he has a limited budget. I'd reccoment something like Throwback Threads, or Leaf Rookies and Stars.
