    PSA Autographs and Card Grade?

i sold an autograph on ebay with was authenticated by psa(psa blue slab). the buyer sent me a message complaining that he is returning the card because the card in the slab is in "horrible" condition. my question is, if it is a raw vintage card i can see about having to describe the condition of the card, but if its in a sealed psa slab and there is a picture of the card on ebay, is a seller suppose to describe the condition of an already slabbed vintage card? or should the buyer look at the picture and ask questions before buying? ive never had anyone complain about the condition of a slabbed card. your thoughts please.thanks.

or should the buyer look at the picture and ask questions before buying?

A buyer should always do this. They say a picture is worth a thousand words so unless the picture is small, too dark, or has some other issue that doesn't show the damage on the card by looking at it you shouldn't have to describe the card in detail. That's what a scan/picture is for.
