    Topps ART IF FAKE ??

Has anyone seen these or know what the hell these are all about? It is supposedly a Topps product. Here is an auction of what I am talking about:

"Each baseball is a quality MLB approved Rawlings Leather Baseball."

The wording of this is very suspicious. These are not ROMLBs (see the China stamp). I guess technically you could call any Rawlings ball MLB approved because they have a partnership but MLB approved does not mean approved for MLB play. I can't find anything anywhere else so I would assume these guy made them up, which would explain why he used cheap baseballs (to cut the cost). The number is also high enough (/50) that it should be somewhere else, they odds of finding NOTHING online for something /50 is nearly 0. I would stay far away from these.
