    Never had a problem with any CostCo in the Carolinas (I travel for work and have printed many last-minute 8x10s!)

    I have used Costco almost exclusively ever since being hassled at a Target and two drug stores over a photo I actually took. I had it on disc. No amount of swearing I took the picture worked. Target wanted to see the negative (35mm). Trust me, I am not that good a photographer. Not sure what they were hung up over.
