    Islanders really want to challenge Edmonton, Florida & Washington for dumbest signings eh?

    Can we add Toronto into that list with Phaneuf and Clarkson? What else do you expect Snow to do? If those two get chemistry with a 3rd guy, it'll be a leathal secondary line to Tavares/KO/??

    Nonis is last year's head dummy. It'll be pretty tough to overcome Washington though. Dropping $70M for two guys that the vaunted Penguins defensive system decided were no good anymore should lead to some great comedy. Good on Niskanen though for turning one half-decent season into a lifetime sinecure though.
