Hello everyone, I was wondering if anyone can help me gather some information about a rare card that I've been hitting walls trying to gather information on or find pictures of. As a Kovalchuk collector who thought knew all rookie year autos, it came as a major surprise when a few years ago I saw a fellow member having an 01/02 Ilya Kovlchuk SPA Promotional autograph card. Since then I know more about unicorns, leprechauns and double rainbows than this card. The most I know is that it's extremely rare. That's it. I don't know how they came into circulation, if they were given out in a specific venue (ex. expo/national), if they were a redemption, what their print run is and if other players were made?

The hard part about making this thread is that I don't have a picture of reference which is why i need some expert help lol. The best description I can loosely give (if memory serves me right) is that the card features either a pose from his 01/02 Heritage Auto or his 01/02 SPA SOTT (individual) auto such as the ones below. Also I think it done in bronze graphics such as his FWA /150 featured below. It is not a FWA so it doesn't display the wording as such but rather i think (key word: "think") it features the design of a limited base card from 01/02 SPA like the picture of the Sedin (not mine) i provided below.

So if anyone can help a brother out, I would greatly appreciate it.
