Isn't that why there was such a huge deal made of when you could release a card with RC on it? Two years after its produced, it wont be worth the paper its printed on! But there will still be plenty of "rookie chasers" who invest a ton of money to stockpile the "next Gretzky" and then lament in five years that their cards "never hold any value"..........

Of course, this is the kind of trash you get when you give a company a monopoly in a business. If they don't have any competition, they don't have to bother making smart choices.
