question
Has anyone ever got to talk to a represenative at topps? I bought a 2 pack blaster box of topps luxury box today at walmart and didn't get a gu's or auto like it says i will.
Will i ever get to talk to a real person at topps or is my best bet to send them a letter of complaint with the upc from the box?
i'm pretty disappointed since they seem to be able to spend the money to make a box 50 times too big for 2 packs of cards but can't even make sure that the box has what it is supposed to inside of it.
all i pulled was a rashad mcants rc /999, a danny granger rc /999, a josh smith main reserved /100 and two season tickets. one of brad miller and one of jay-z.

I just got a box of Topps C0-Signers that's supposed to have 2 auto's and a dual auto in it and didn't get any auto's! Talk about pissed! Did you try to call them?

yeah i tried and i tried and i tried, after 3 hours of trying i finally got an answer from a real person. She said to mail a letter explaining the situation with my info. included and the upc code from the box to the address listed on the website and they will fix the issue. so now to get that mailed off and play the waiting game.

oh boy what a day this was, decided to try and see if my luck would be the same with a different brand and a different store so i tried a couple of packs of trilogy in blister packs from target this time. wouldn't you know it one of the packs only had two cards in it so now i have to send a letter with the upc code from luxury box to topps and a letter certified with the empty pack from trilogy to upper deck to get both issues resolved. i guess now i get a nice suprise when ever they finally send me something back but man what a day. no more trying my luck today. time to get some sleep for work tonight.
