Need some help, Guy Lafleur Eternal Auto 027/100
Everyone,
So as some of you may know I pulled a Guy Lafleur Eternal Champions auto from my case of 2003-04 Quest for the Cup. My big Beckett book from a couple of years ago says that they were pulled from production, but that is not the case. I have also heard that there was a contract dispute and that "some" of these have made it out there. Mine is numbered 027 and I found another picture of number 036. So my guess is that it is pretty rare to find and has some value. I would REALLY love it if we could put the whole story together and maybe some known sale prices? Honestly, I am not sure what I have and I would like to get some kind of an idea.
So I am shouting out for help, so let's here it from those that know.
Here is my scan of the card just for reference.

They were pulled during production (Fuhr as well) but some still made the packout. For a long time they were very very rare but there have been a few more surfacing in the years since the great Pacific warehouse sale.

As a lafleur collector, I have seen 1 other since 2008, and it was last year I believe. I don't remember how much it sold for. I would have remembered if it was some crazy high number. Hopefully you can find someone to pay a lot that is looking for it!
