    Jagr Prime Colors patch identification

    Hi,

I would like to ask fellow collectors to confirm/disprove my understanding.

I am trying to identify from which uniform does this Jaromir Jagr Numbers patch come from: http://www.ebay.com/itm/141374267706?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p398 4.m1423.l2649

I assume it is from some older Pens uniform, like this one: http://mit.zenfs.com/206/2011/12/AP99022501279.jpg since the Dallas Stars uniforms from 2012-13 didn't have any black between white and gold: http://images6.fanpop.com/image/phot...75-978-827.jpg

    Thank you for your thoughts.

Does that not look more like the bottom right-hand side or top right-hand side of the 8 From a Dallas Jersey? I suppose it could be from a Pens' jersey but my immediate thought was a Dallas jersey.

    Hope that helps,

One more image I've found. I am now pretty sure that the colors on the back numbers go white-gold-black, not white-black-gold-black.

    I'd say it's a Pens jersey.

Im 99% sure thats from the older Koho Pens jersey. The Stars jersey goes gold/white and no black. Hope this helps. :)

Always struck me as funny how these cards turned out. They could have easily showed Jagr in a Pens uni on the card since they were using a pens jersey. Instead they show him as a Dallas Star.

Pens jersey number. You can tell by the waves in the white. Jagr's interesting in Prime. He has Rangers, Flyers, Stars, and Pens swatches in some sets.
