question about making a trade list

So I recently began to update my trade list on Google Drive. I hadn't updated it in months, but it was pretty organized. Already got most of the baseball section updated.

Would I be better off making a list on a thread itself? I figure just linking my spreadsheet to a thread works, but I want opinions. There probably isn't a wrong way to make a tradelist, but you never know.

If you copy and paste it to a thread whenever somebody searches for a card or player that is on the list it will show up. If you just link to a site it won't.
