Question about "thick" cards
Hi, I was just wondering what the best way to protect "thick" cards is. I know there are thick top-loaders designed for these kinds of cards but is it OK to put them in semi-rigid cases? I want to send in some "thick" cards to be graded and I'm wondering what I should send them in... any help would be great. Thanks!

I recommend just sticking with the Thick Top Loaders. You can also get screw down cases and magnetic cases made by Ultra Pro. CardBoard Gold makes good stuff as well

As far as Ultra Pro cases I suggest you try here:

Here are just some links. You should have no problems finding the supplises you need here.
I am sure that other people here can give you their favorite sources of supplies as well!
Good Luck!

That's a good question.
I use 15/20 ct. snap-tites, single screw and one touch magnetics for my 120pt.+ cards
I know there are different sizes of card savers that can hold thicker cards(actually thicker than the companies will slab), but I've never sent any Thick Stock modern in for grading.
Hopefully someone will have a "First hand" reply.
PS:Welcome to SCF, Hope you enjoy the forums.
Be sure to check out the meet-n-greet forum there are some excellent posts stickied there courtesy of Andy.
PSS/edit: I left original posting but moved here via re-direct since this pertains to grading and will be helpfull to all collectors.
