Finest is back for another go-around and they have gone retro. The 100-card base set invokes color schemes from the 1990s. The checklist infuses a mix of veterans and rookies. There are ten parallel for each base card, most of which are serial numbered. Typically, three will appear in each mini box.

A handful of insert sets grace Finest this year. Many are throwbacks with 1994 Finest and 1996 Finest Sterling as well as two inserts from 1997 (Competitors and Warriors). Legends are featured in Greats and Vintage. All sets have parallels that are serial numbered.

Each mini box will yield one autograph. Most are going to be base rookie autographs. However, various insert sets also have a signature version. Look for numbered parallel versions for each. Also, there are three mystery rookie redemptions that can be found. The subjects will be announced later and the cards will be numbered to 100.
