    Decent carreer for Saku... but to let him play back then... they let go Damphousse and trade Turgeon away. Saku has never lived up the expectation of becoming one of the league finest center man.

    Injuries and cancer played a part in that, as did the utter lack of a proper supporting cast around him for so many years. The Canadiens were terribly mismanaged for the majority of his tenure as captain.
