Appealing to collectors young and old, Topps Football is for everyone. Set collectors get the enjoyment of amassing the 440-card set. Each pack guarantees at least 1 rookie. The design is generic in nature, though that is to be expected for Topps' main kid friendly football product. Variations are available for 109 players (69 veterans and 40 rookies). The veterans do not match the card numbers on the back of the regular cards, while the rookies do. Why? Who knows. There are five numbered parallels to go along with the printing plates.

Do you enjoy inserts and putting together the sets? If so, this is your product. There are nine in total, but it is the amount in the sets that will get you. 1000 and 4000 Yard Club includes all the players to reach those marks during the 2013 season, 37 and 9 respectively. 1963 Topps Mini (132 cards), Fantasy Focus (55 cards), Fantasy Strategies (35 cards), Greatness Unleashed (65 cards) will take some work. Power Players (220 cards) serves double duty as a chase set as well as a game in which you can go online and use the codes on the back of the cards to attempt to win prizes. In an attempt to show it is a kids oriented product, Topps features youngsters in Play 60 as well as Punt, Pass and Kick. The Play 60 series contains 31 cards for the Super Kids and 15 for Mentors, while the PP&K set has 38. But for most, they are a throwaway addition.

Each hobby box guarantee one relic or autograph. As with most products, relic no longer means game worn/player worn gear. There are a lot of manufactured pieces in Topps. The Commemorative Plaques for the QBs, RBs, WRs and Defense, come in three types (Gold, Silver and Bronze). Eighty subjects encompass the four sets, so that means 240 possiblities. Add that to the Commemorative Captains Patches as well as other items and you see how outrageous it has become. There are plenty of actual jersey and patches to be found with the main one being the Topps Relics and Rookie Relics. Sought after signatures include the Rookie Premiere Autographs (in blue and red ink), which could be single, dual, quad or possibly all participants (Ultimate). There are redemptions as well for the VIP passes worn by the players along with their signature. Throwback designs get the auto treatment with 1963 Topps Mini, 1965 and 1985 Topps. Even fantasy football gets a nod with NFL.com Fantasy Stock Watch Autographs.
