I've had a first, I hit a on card auto redemption in 13-14 NT Basketball got the card in and went to redeem it and code on card wouldn't work, so next thing I did was went on E-bay to see if there were any of same card listed there and seen that there were live cards for the same card that I had redemption for which I thought was odd seeing as though hasn't been out but for a month. So I sent a general Request into Panini along with a Picture of redemption, well my patience got best of me so I called them and spoke with CS in redemption department and they said that redemption card I had was entered into NT in error as they got the live cards before cards were coallated. They said I would need to send it into them and they would issue an equal value card. I said I would and printed off copies of everything then got to thinking about it and wrote them a letter and put into envelope with the redemption, the card in question was 100.00 card but if that unavailable card wasn't there it could have been a way more expensive card in it's place or possibly be a card that wasn't valuable at all. What do you guys feel would be reasonable way for them to resolve this because now they basically can give me what ever they want to. I did send them a list of my PC and told them at very least it should be a player on it at least .
