    Help telling if refractor or not?

    1994-1995 Finest Jalen Rose rc #249
    still has protective covering but is comming off on the top right? does this decrease the value?
    and how do you tell if it is a refractor or not..
    ill get a scan and post it in a minute?
    Please help its a difference of $10 or $50

    i hate those things i wish they would just say Refractor or somehting on them

    generally refractors are #ed cards. look on the back.

    i thought from 94/95 on refractors were labelled "refractor" on the back, maybe that started in 95/96?

    that doesnt look like a refractor.

    most refractor that I have say refractor by the card number in small print
