Personal Collection Question
I recently was running through my collection of RC's that I like to hold on to in hopes that they will jump in price one day, and from time to time, take some out and stick them on my tradelist, but there are always the cards that are hard to make a decision on. Not because of the card set but because of the player. So my question to everyone here is: What players have you personally been waiting around on for them to step up and have a breakout year and are afraid to trade your cards of this player because you think he will breakout soon? Personally, Im waiting for Drew Carter of the Panthers to breakout. Ive also kept RC's of Lamont Jordan, Jerry Porter, Aaron Brooks, Charles Rogers just to name a few, in hopes that they will have a really outstanding season sometime. What do you guys think?

Ron Dayne
been holding onto a bunch of his RC`s which seems like forever now. The NY Giants all but completely ruined this mans career. Now he`s getting the chance from Denver to prove he wasn`t a bust. I hate the Giants. First for picking Dayne and second for not giving him the chance and thirdly, I will always hate Giants fans. :) I just hope Dayne busts out of his bust label and brings up the value of his trading cards. I will eventually dump them on eBay if he does or doesn`t break out. I do want to make a few bucks though and not let them go for next to nothing.

I finally gave up on that prospect, but one that I've been waiting on is DeShaun Foster. Kid has fantastic breakaway speed, great vision and unfortunately, a propensity for injury. Chris Chambers is another one...always good, never great. Maybe now that DC is down there that will change. Deuce McAllister is another one...and Vick's stuff is still very popular, but if he ever throws for 3800+ yards and they make the super bowl...look out.

Rick Mirer. I think he'll have his breakout year this year.

It's funny that you mention 3 members of the core Raiders offensive attack now.
I am a Raiders fan, and I hope they have a breakout season next year.
:)
If we can do better than .500 I will be happy.

Olandis Gary - Another example of the Denver Offensive Line making a RB good
Deshaun Foster - Just too many injuries
Seneca Wallace - hiding in the shadow of Matt Hasselbeck (may play WR)
Rohan Davey - now bumped off Cardinal roster by Leinart - Sugarbowl superhero
Matt Mauck - Hmmmm! Another LSU QB that fizzled
Dave Dickenson - Great QB in the mold of Flutie now playing in CFL
LaBrandon Toefield - Domanick Davis was his backup at LSU
Robert Ferguson - He just cannot stay healthy
David Boston - between steroids, injuries and character issues!!!!
Travis Henry - Stud to total obscurity overnight
Tim Hasselbeck - Great QB blood is genetic right?
Jeff Garcia - I think the homosexual remark by TO was the nail in the coffin.
That is all I can think of off the top of my head.
I just cannot part with any of their cards!
