Does OPC have a collation problem?

I finally got around to buying 2 boxes of OPC to start doing the 1-600 set. I did fairly well in the first box. However, I'm 8 packs into box 2 and have only pulled 4 base cards that aren't doubles from box 1. I'm already afraid to open the rest of the box as I fear it's going to leave me with a huge stack of doubles.

I bought from D&A (not blaming them in the slightest) and would assume the two boxes were pulled from the same case. Should I bother opening the other 24 packs? I doubt UD would do anything anyway.

maybe you got the last box of a case and they pulled one from a new case and got a similar box. I know that I bought 2 boxes and got very few doubles.

You are not going to finish a set in 4 boxes at lest. I have a friend who has done six boxes and still needed approx 80 cards. UD is not stupid, sells more boxes.

That sucks. I noticed a trend as I opened the box. The cards in the bottom left stack of packs in the box had new base cards while the other 3 stacks were 100% doubles. To me that's completely unacceptable. I'd be more upset but both boxes had hits (1 logo card and 1 auto). Obviously was expecting doubles but that was too much. I have to think the way that the packs opened was that it was a bad QC case. I doubt UD gets back to me though.
