    Makes sense for both sides. Looking at the other max deals, he does have a point. But I'd also say......Look at Stephen Jackson......Now Speedy Claxton.

    In the Spurs eyes, a max player means much more. The NBA, not so much as teams will pay just about anyone max. I think they eventually work something out but his agent is over-inflating his value a bit. I love the guy's game and it's great that he got Finals MVP, but Danny Green could've been one if he had hit a FT.....
