Personally, I find this potential ban to be ill-advised and if I were a resident I would vote against a ban even though I don't smoke. However, I totally get Habs point. I'm typically for the legalization of marijuana but would not be for legalizing harder drugs like cocaine or heroin or meth. Mine line for legalization of drugs is in a different spot, but I won't blow off his stance as to being "On par with the Liberal talking heads" like other's.

I find the point of where to draw the line an interesting debate.

Because no one has gotten high and A. Did something dumb. or B. Smoke Tobacco after getting high. Or. C. Drove a car and got into an accident.or D. Killed Someone (homicide) or E. Drank Alcohol while getting high, or F. Ate too much junk food after getting high. or. G. Took pain killers as well as to getting high, or H. Found out they are allergic to Peanuts after getting high.


Any one of those events could have been contributed to getting high as well.
