If you put insurance on your package going to PSA, I'd do an insurance claim and at least get some dough back for the inconvenience. Maybe buy another fuhr.

No matter where it got damage, it's impossible to prove if, where and when it got damage. Maybe PSA can decide to do something but I would not count on it. You probably have more chance if you try Postage insurances. Just worth trying

Postal insurance dont cover damage. Only lost items.

I don't think an insurance claim would prevail, anyway. If all the other cards arrived undamaged, assuming they were packed together, He'd have a real hard time proving the damage happened during shipping.
