well he is no longer a registered user so maybe ebay ACTUALLY grew a spine!! as stated before, ebay could care less, just like all the other billion dollar corporations out there, about the well being of its customers as long as the $$ is rolling in!! i have seen more sellers with like 10000 transactions and only 96% positive (hundreds of negatives) and they dont care, because that guy has single handedly brought in thousands of dollars for them
loopdog - you would be surprised the number of people who really dont know...people who maybe buying a gift for someone, or someone who is just getting into the hobby....not everyone is as educated on this kinda thing as you and i may be....if someone rips off your identity, but you dont know about it....wouldnt you want a person who may know to do something about it?? it is wrong and ILLEGAL...its called forgery

When I see 95-100% positive with very high numbers of sells I have to figure the person is on the up and up. I will read the negatives and if I see anything that has to do with forgery I won't purchase...but most times you don't see anything like that, it is that the item got there too slow or was lost in the mail...so what is a person to do?
