Lol, Maybe, just maybe. There just a big faceless company anywhase, right? Lol.
Everytime I call, I typically get the same guy though, which could be a problem.

If he starts giving you s**t just ask him to speak to someone else when he tranfers you to someone else tell them that whoever you just talked to treated you badly and explain your case again then complain about the waiting time to get connected and tell them that you may not be buying anything of theres again with the complaint combined with the sob story you might be able to get something nice out of it sometimes they can be suckers

Lol. The guy I typically speak to is really nice though. Hes not a bad guy. Its the other idiots working with him that are the idiots most times. I typically only deal with him, but Ill give UD a call Tomorow just to try, and update you guys on the result tomorow!

yeah you probably wont get much, i talked to 2 different people and they werent very helpful.. i let them know that my upper deck purchases will be strictly 2nd hand IF at all.. UD isnt getting my money

Small Update. Called today, and after an 11 minute wait and no one picking up, I just hung up. I think they purposely do it. How many employees do they have?
Im gonna call Right when they open tomorow morning, then they should have no excuse as to why it takes long to pick up.

Amen man. Its just nuts. The guy I normally speak to, says most days he feels like hes the only one there. Hes always swamped. Now I believe him. If hes the only one manning the phones, lol.
Its funny the richest company, has the crappiest customer service.
