Question Tiger Woods 2001 Promo Card ID help

Anybody know what this card is?

Or is it just some generic thing? One of the eBay auctions said it was a 2001 Ballstreet card but I'm not so sure on that one so I'm asking here.

I was taking a look on Beckett and saw the same card pictured as the 2000 Buick Open Promo NNO. I am unsure if this is the same cards since I can't see the back of the other card.

Thanks man. That looks to be the card. I checked worthpoint and it has been sold as that on eBay for several years so I'm going to go with that for the card.

I've seen them for sale for around $10-$15 before, nice card! It's always nice to have the story of a card, you know that was at the 2000 Buick Open for sure.
Please check my inventory before my photobucket!!! It's more up to date!!!
