OCP Blaster Box - Rewrapped?

The local Walmart had several blasters of 12-13 OPC for $11 thought I might take a chance.

However, I noticed the outer shrink wrap was not very tight and did not bear the UD logo. Wondering if the box had been opened, searched for jerseys, repacked and re-wrapped.

Do OPC blasters usually have UD logo shrink wrap?

There's no jerseys in OPC and the manufactured logo cards can't be found in retail. I also think autos are a huge longshot in OPC retail so not sure why anyone would search them

Have you seen some people in this hobby? They'll fake, pack search, re-seal, and do anything illicit to make a buck.
