Storage Wars TV show and cards...

OK, so I scan craigslist now and again for cards, looking for the needle in the haystack. I actually purchased the haystack to find the needle. Met a guy that buys storage units then sells the content for a profit. He advertised 50,000 + cards.
Long story short, he wanted a few hundred and I got it for a lot less he just wanted them out of his home.

He wasn't kidding with 50k in cards. I believe it was a card store at one point. There are 25-30 boxes as I go through the boxes, Ill post more pics...

Thanks Pwaldo. So, the First box was a bust, but it seems what I bought was the remains of sports card store. Quite a few unopened boxes of Jordan's Collegiate Collection North Carolina team, 1st edition and sealed. complete sets. and some Coca Cola sets from the mid 90's (bleh) and lastly about 150 commons form 1989 Topps. Moving on to box 2 of 25 or so...

BOX 2 was a bust. lots of commons and oddball brand cards. there was probably 100 different brands. mostly baseball and football, but some auto racing too.
Funny thing is, everything is in amazing condition. Sharp corners. I went through every card (tiring) and tossed maybe 6 for dimples crushed corner, etc.

I tried uploading a picture but it keeps saying it exceeds size. Something is wrong, because i went down to 5.4 KB and it says it exceeds size which is impossible.

I scan Craigs List from time to time looking for similar deals as well. I've never come across anything noteworthy though.

Well it seems that many boxes are going to have high commons and nothing more. One things I noticed is that there are tons of cards that at one time had value. Lots of auto racing collector sets that had sticker son them selling for 15, 20 and $50. Now Im trying to get $4 on ebay LOL.

Still, I can honestly say 99.5% of the cards are all sharp corners.
