I'm sorry dude, I didn't mean to ignore you. I'm double checking my Mattingly. The Promo Refractor has a bv of $1,200 but the regular is $15 or $20. I've never seen another 1993 Finest card, so I don't know if this gloss is the refractor or not. I was trying to make sure it was the refractor. But I'm still not sure.
