does anybody use this program alot? if anyone does could I have an AOL screenname or something? I have some questions.

im having trouble uploading my listing to the ebay site. i have them all in the "waiting to upload" file and then i select them all and click "upload all". then it starts to calculate fees and on the very first listing it gives me an error. i hit continue to go on to the next listing and it gives me another error. it says "hit cancel to read error" but it will not tell me what the error is. can anyone please help me? i need to get these listed tonight if possible.
