Thats what i sent the email to and they responded within a half hour. Gave them some additional info and they replied again within a half hour with a case # and instructions on what to do for a replacement. Seems like a very fast and easy process. Im mailing stuff out monday and was told it would be 2-4 weeks before i got my replacement.

Got my replacement today. Guess it answered a few questions and also a couple others from different threads i have seen. The replacement was the same exact card except serial # 11/35. As a bonus i got a drouin RC jersey 441/499. So they must not be able to fix these things and also do not put every card into packs.
