That is a really good point. I think from the looks of it, the card on E-Bay is Osgood, so I'm not sure what this error problem is.

That's likely where Upper Deck screwed up, Cheveldae didn't wear #30 for that long and I think was #32 for most his tenure in Detroit. Although that was a tad before my time of paying attention to such things and I don't really know where to find that information.
That one on eBay is Cheveldae I believe. The seller seems to think it is the error version as well.
