As a CBJ fan, I like it. Horton has not played at all this year and will most likely never play again. Columbus did not get insurance on his contract because he had a shoulder problem when we signed him and so insurance wouldn't cover that, and being that he wasn't playing at the time the team figured he probably wouldn't get hurt. Looking back, big mistake but hind sight is 20/20.
This gives us a guy who has shown that he can score goals. More important, this gives us a guy that will actually step foot on the ice. We have had problems with that this year, we have over 380 man games lost, so literally any body that steps on the ice, we love them here in Columbus. We welcome Clarkson with open arms and are excited that he is a Blue Jacket.
