This is James Harden from Canton, Ohio. He stole 5k from me last year. I currently hired a lawyer to file a lawsuit in his city of Canton.

Good old James is up to his old tricks...from Surf City Sportscards to a few others before this one. He's a well-known scammer who just doesn't give up. Always uses the 5% off sales pitch, offers unrealistic pricing, and has an excuse every time someone asks a question.

The one he scammed me on was Sports Card Fan zone. He is a loser who lives with his mom and they scam together. I still have not given up hope of getting something back.

I will update everyone on the outcome of my lawsuit on this thread. I have been in contact with my lawyer on how we will proceed with Mr. Harden. Stay far away from 5th floor sports cards everyone.

We have people in these Forums that know reps at the card companies. Cant the companies do something about this? Either he has no product and is scamming people or he does sell some stuff and just sends as a last resort. Then they can either stop supplying him or they can sue him for using their companies products/images in advertising without permission. Either way, he is making a mockery of the industry and is putting the companies in a bad light. Not good for business!

if you paid with paypal or a credit card how could you not get your $ back? just curious,,,seems like both would protect the crap out of you for exactly these type of situations
