Don't know what to tell you. I've never purchased anything from their website. I would keep after them though.
The only CS experience I've had with them in years was an expired redemption, and that went as good as I could hope (i.e. the honored it still).

I have never been a fan of Upper Deck, but it has been because of decisions they make on cards (too many retired players in current releases, etc). But I have to say the one recent experience I have had with their CS turned out extremely positive.
I purchased a redemption on EBay for an Alex Ovechkin Draft Day Marks card. It was a gamble because I had no idea what letter I would get. I am trying to put together a custom nameplate for my wife (also a huge Caps fan) using only Caps player letters. Of the eight letters in his name, I could only use two of them. I got the card for a really good price, so I was pretty sure I could sell/trade it for at least what I paid, if I got one I couldn't use. So I emailed their CS and explained to them what I was doing, and asked if I could please get either of the two letters I needed. I received a reply saying they could not promise anything, but they would pass on the request. Lo and behold, when I received the card, it was an "E" -- one of the two I needed. Now you could say I had a 25% chance of that happening anyway. But I would like to think that someone was actually being nice to a complete stranger for no apparent reason other than trying to satisfy a customer. At least that is what I am sticking with for now...

UD CS has always been great in my opinion but that's dealing with them for redemptions and via facebook and twitter. I've actually received a "random act of kindness" package from them which included a bunch of swag and a hand written letter from Chris Carlin. I'm sure if you're persistent you'll get your stuff, that being said being polite goes a long way (not implying you haven't been).

UD customer service has always been top notch for me. They stick to their word and are very nice as well.

Even without a confirmation or order number, you should be able to show that a purchase was made. You'll have your credit card statement listing a payment to UD.
I would try calling them directly. Too often, email questions or complaints get overlooked or mishandled.Hidden Content
