luxury box
i had bought a box of luxury box today and both the packs came damaged. is there anything they can do about that?

anyone i called their 800 number and it was just a bs recording. do they have an e-mail i can send them something on or a phone number i can call. i dont want to be out 33$ for damaged cards. thanks in advanced

Topps does not have an email. Try calling Again on Monday, and just wait to talk to someone. Im sure they will help ya out.

same thing happened for me. I bought a retail box (2 packs 6 per pack 1 gu/au guaranteed for $25.) The GU was in horrible shape and most of the base cards were awful. One was soo bad i wanted to throw it. I will definitely be making a few phone calls.
