Jersey Display Shadow box / frame
I'm in dire need of 3 museum quality glass display cases for some autographed Gretzky jerseys.
I'm looking for advice on where to buy. I live in Burlington but will go as far as Toronto/Buffalo for the right deal.
Has anyone had any luck finding something high quality for a good price in the area?
I think the upper end on what I'm looking to spend would be around $400 each hopefully paying with cash for 3 gives me a better deal.
Thanks in advance for any advice!

If you need them this week, maybe no luck, but wait for a sale at Michaels:
http://www.michaels.com/studio-decor...=Black#start=4
They sell stuff like that......
I've got two that I bought there a year (or so) ago. They put frames on 70% off a couple of times a year, and I got them for something in the range of $60 each, rather than the regular $200ish.
Of course, what I just linked to is not a $200 item (maybe it is the same one, just on for 50% off right now??)
The backing on them, if you want to pin the jersey on (look more "professional") it's a pain in the butt. I couldn't do it well. They do have hangers though, and with a black plastic coat hanger.... it looks pretty good.

someone who sets up at the expo sells them, I can't think of their name off the top of my head, perhaps someone else can remember what the company name is

Thanks for the advice. I looked at getting one made at michaels. The custom made ones even at 50% were around $500 (or at least the quote i got).
I want to make sure the glass is 100% UV protected to preserve the color and signature.
Feel bad for them sitting in a box in my closet...

I hear ya!
I had a game issued / signed from MeiGray (Oilers, Ranford) and a Playoff Game Used I bought off eBay (Bruins, Ranford. Not certificate, but the tags make it look legit) that were just in my closet for a couple of years. Finally got the cases, and much happier with them now!

A few months ago, I realized a dream when I finished my mancave and created a "jersey wall". With some of the money I got with selling off pretty much all my cards, I got five 2010 Olympic TEAM signed jerseys of Canada, USA, Russia, Finland and the Czech Republic (plus a local team). The Canada one also has Yzerman and Gretzky's sigs! I'll show pics soon. Anyways, I waited a few months for Micheal's to have a 60-70% off sale, and got the shadow boxes for about $60, instead of $220. My favourite wall ever! And easier to show off than the cards I'd had before.

We have a number of game-used jerseys that we display. They are framed (not in a case where you can remove them), so I don't know if you would consider that. But the company we use is Wallstars (wallstars.com). They are usually present at the US National conventions. They do excellent work, and their stuff is amazing! It would take awhile, not something you can do in a weekend. But I would give them full props if you wanted to go that way. Their prices are about what you are looking to pay. We have done two jobs with them, and each has been four jerseys, and the price was around $400 for each (dlvd). I don't know if they charge more for just one, but you can figure that out if you look into it.
