Post First Look: 2015 Topps WWE Road To WrestleMania

    http://www.beckett.com/news/2015/04/...-wrestlemania/

Topps revealed the first looks at 2015 Topps WWE Road to WrestleMania on Monday, a step-by-step recap of the year that was and sets the stage for WWE‘s biggest event of the year. While this year’s WrestleMania took place last month, next year’s will be in JerryWorld — aka the home of the Dallas Cowboys — next spring. The card set will be among the earlier milestones as it’s set to arrive on Aug. 12 packing two hits per hobby box.

Among the firsts in this one will be the first Relics of NXT performers — stars and Divas who might be on the card next year in Dallas — while Turnbuckle Relics and Jerry Lawler sketch cards are new to the brand.

Very cool to see some new signers: Brock Lesnar, Razor Ramon, Afa, and Sika. I hope they aren't re-using the same sketch cards Jerry Lawler created for 2014 Topps Chrome. This was the picture from the link.

I don't mean to a debbie downer here but that dual autograph card just irked the crap out of me. "The Immortal" Hulk Hogan and "The Bad Guy" Razor Ramon have nothing to do with each other! This card doesn't scream out at me "hey, chico! You should want this card, mang because it's so bad that it's good". Now, you make that card of "Hollywood" Hulk Hogan and "The Outsider" Scott Hall and you change the pictures to represent THOSE two characters then that dual autograph immediately screams at me "must have" for any wrestling fan from the 90s. Don't you guys agree?

Is it really that hard to do this? Gee-whiz....

I agree. Hulk Hogan and Razor Ramon really had no interaction and the pairing doesn't make much sense especially considering who else they could do. I guess maybe that they were two popular faces at the time is enough to pair them together but I'd prefer if they just did tag teams, rivals, or guys who had a famous match against one another for these pairings.

It seems like Topps just throws anyone together for dual or triple autographs now a days.
