Ian Kinsler
Ian is a good, young second-basemen of the Rangers, my favorite professional team. He has a very bright future and a chance to be with the Rangers for a long time. However, the main reason that I collect him is because he shows great maturity at the plate and is still batting over .320 in 170 at-bats. He would normally be a rookie of the year canidate, but he has flown under the radar with the explosion of rookie pitching in the AL.

CAL RIPKEN JR
First it's a RECORD i see NO ONE breaking. second he was a MODEL player & a guy that ANYONE would want as a team mate. I feel his cards in years will do nothing but grow, Since i am in this for the passing on to children deal i have different intrestes then from a younger guy collecting..

Miguel Cabrera
He is a good young pure power hitter that will only continue to get better and better as his carreer progresses. I've been able to see him play since he was in the minor leagues and he continues to amaze me. I admire him because he goes about his business and he has become a clubhouse leader as a veteran on a now very youthful team. I respect not only what he does for the team but also for the community of South Florida. His cards will also only continue to rise in value as time goes on.

Derek Hagan:
Was a star at one of my favorite colleges (Arizona State), got drafted by my favorite team (Miami Dolphins), and has a lot of potential in the NFL without his cards being too expensive.
Terrell Suggs, Todd Heap, Randy McMichael: Solid Players that have some star power. Plus they play (or have played) for my favorite teams (college or NFL) whose cards are easy to find and fairly inexpensive.

JEREMY BONDERMAN
Became a top 10 MLB pitcher at the age of 20. Came straight out of high school to the majors. Awesome unhittable slider that'll "K" the best hitter. Amazing control, excellent velocity and of course a hometown Tiger.

Basically the ones I collect in my signature are from players on the teams that I follow.

Michael Jenkins
WHY?
He is an extremly good WR and he plays for the falcons (that means M. Vick)...he doesn't get great passes very often, but I have never seen him drop a ball that he didn't have to dive for. He has like---magnetic hands. I cannot wait until Mike Vick either throws better, or the kick him off the team. lol. No, I like him, but he just doesn't pass very well....M. Jenkins is THE MOST underrated WR in the NFL.
