    2011-12 Czech OFS Signatures

Anyone have any reliable info on the 2011-12 Czech OFS Signatures set? I have found a couple Czech websites with some pics of the cards, but nothing definitive. I recently purchased two different cards on EBay that the sellers claim are the Tomas Hertl signed version. They are notably different, so I am kinda sure one is a fake, but not sure which one. SCF has two different listings:
2011-12 Czech OFS Signatures Black #40 Tomas Hertl
2011-12 Czech OFS Signatures Red #40 Tomas Hertl
Neither of SCF's listings indicate a limited print run

One of the cards I received has the signature with both first and last name. This card is not stamped on back.

The other card has only the last name signed. The back of this card is stamped 30/99.

If anyone has any thoughts on it, I would appreciate some feedback.

The Hertl's both look very similar so they may both be real (or fake). Possible one is IP?

If anyone cares, I found a website that described the BLACK version as the regular version, and the RED version as the numbered/100 version.

Although I have no idea why they are described as Black and Red, and why SCF does not list a PR for the Red version. Still seems a bit strange though why he would sign both versions with a different type of pen and leave his first name off of one.
