If they are low numbered, there aren't enough cards being sold to put a BV on them. What you can do is look to see if it is a parrell of something that is higher numbered. Like /500 or /250. You can see that BV and probley multiply by 2-3x.
Also you can check the eBay ended items, and find out that way. Now about your selling them. You would probbly get $200-$300 on all of them as one lot. If you sold them as singles I think you could get over $350 for them.
For trading you can put a higher value on them. If it sells for $50, then you might be able to trade for a $70-$100 card. You can put a value on them, but other traders might not agree and others will. My $0.02

Also even $2-300 sale value isnt bad when you consider that most cards usually sell for 25%-30% book. Giving you $1200 in trade value with that estimate assuming the sale value of 25%
