    Monty is a very nice guy and consummate professional, but he wasn't that great of a coach - notorious for not being big on x's and o's. Not surprised by this move. Hope he can find a helpful role elsewhere - maybe as an assistant?

    Wouldn't mind having him back in Portland as an assistant to Stotts.
