Beckett Grading Services Question
I submitted an ICE Drouin /99 RC to Beckett at the Spring Expo (May 3rd) for slabbing. I logged into my account today and still do not see the card listed at all, so I called them. I got a line of it can take 45 days.... when I asked if I could just get confirmation that they have the card, I got dead air... not a hang up, but the girl on the other end just stopped talking.
What's the norm with Beckett? Should that card be in my account?
Confused as I usually don't submit anything for grading but it was a pull while doing case breaks at the UD booth and thought I mind as well as it looked to be in solid shape.

Might be subject to 20-day processing, in which case it won't show in your account until it's been processed. They can be a little weird sometimes, and I imagine it's pretty stressful for a big $$$ card like that.
Habs fan and collector! Current PC's: Nick Suzuki, Cole Caufield, and Lane Hutson...., and of course...

If you submitted it to Beckett at the show, I believe it 'actually' gets submitted via Grosnor Distributing. I sent some away with them in the fall. Took about 35 calendar days to receive them back.

Ah ok. Yeah I'm not in a huge rush to get it back, just would like to know if they actually have it. Weird customer service...
