    2006 Clinton Portis Zoning Commision Jsy Auto 1/1! #ed!

    that was a title for an item on ebay a while back. i looked at the card and it was the plain insert...i thought ebay wasnt allowing that to happen?

    You can always report that listing to ebay. If they think it's deceptive or fraudulent listings, they can pull the auction and/or suspend the user. I've reported auctions on ebay before for fake stuff, and they deleted the auction.
