Upper Deck Overtime returns for 2015-16

Heading into its third season, 2015-16 Upper Deck Overtime will once again be offered in three waves and allocation is tied to how much dealers order of specific products from the two distributors. For the first offering, those staking their claim on boxes and cases of 2015-16 Upper Deck Artifacts, 2015-16 Upper Deck Series One, and 2015-16 Upper Deck Buybacks will receive packs. Each wave will have 60 base cards along with compelling insert and autograph content.

Hope the price is good. We need more releases that are $50 or less a box.

They will be free, like the last couple of years (free, when you buy boxes that are in the $80+ range)

Except that the majority of shops open the packs and sell the cards for extra dough instead of giving them to the people that buy boxes. I've never received a pack of Overtime cards. In fact, I didn't even realize they came in packs until I read this. The only Overtime cards I have I've bought off EBay.

I've got two shops near me, and they both hand that stuff out free with purchase (while it lasts)

I received a few overtime cards, loose with a purchase, but nothing in a sealed pack. The display case was full of singles.

I once bought a single from Clouts & Chara off ebay and they sent me sealed pack. Nothing special, but nicer than a stick in the eye.

I can say that 401 Games in Toronto gives out the packs with purchase of product and at their trade nights.

i've pulled a bunch of autos and low numbered parallels from my lcs and none of them are worth much of anything and i have given most of my stuff away. again the packs are free so i am not complaining.

We at miraj trading give out the packs with purchases of boxes, and we also use them as giveaways or promotions all the time. We even give them out with our online orders; the shops that give you overtime cards have simply opened up the packs and taken the hits out, ruining it for collectors
