    This is one of the few products that Panini benefits from not having a full license. Why you ask? Because otherwise they wouldn't be allowed to make it. Topps is not allowed to make a HOF only product like this. That move was easily the dumbest move made by the card governing body back in 2006 (not the stupid Rookie Logo). All the great HOF and retired sets from 2003, 2004, 2005, etc were all watered down or eliminated because of this ruling which was a kick to the groin for people who collect HOF stuff and not prospect/current guys.
