Had the pleasure of meeting Bobby Orr twice ... a real gentleman. I watched that man come straight off the ice (was on for over two hours with kids), pull a chair up to a table and start meeting the lineup of fans without any break. He'd smile at the person in line, reach out to shake their hand and say hello. A couple of people ahead of me brought some old posters of Bobby and a book I believe that he claimed he never saw before. Even in my Habs gear Bobby was total class and cracking jokes with me the whole time. I had him sign a jersey for my wife (big Bobby Orr/Ray Bourque fan) and one for my boss who also happened to be a fan.
The only thing I asked for myself was that he quickly pose for a picture with my friend and I, something he did without issue. Truly one of the nicest athletes that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.

I've personally never met Bobby, however, I've heard of his generosity many times. Truly a one-of-a-kind class act. :)Jhonas Enroth Card Collector & Host of the Hidden Content

That's an odd one. I can see why someone would want it signed by Miller (getting this "historic" picture signed by both parties involved) and I can see why Miller wouldn't want anything to do with it.
I've always found it odd how many duo (or tipple) sign 8x10s there are out there of Henderson & Tretiak. That's got to wear on the man's nerves (Tretiak, I mean) signing a photo of himself being scored on.

I didn't meet him a ton, maybe 5 times while he was here, but the only time I heard him talk was when he flipped on the dude. Was always super quiet just signed your thing and moved on
