Missing Upper deck redemptions

I recently decided to check my redemption list today and it seems that it is missing cards that i've redeemed from sp authentic.

this is really starting to worry me and was wondering if anyone else has run into this problem?

BIG UPDATE

so i just got a response from upper deck about this

"Hi XXXXX,

It looks like there was an issue with the redemption database. We recommend redemption all three of these redemptions again. We apologize for any inconvenience.

THIS IS COMPLETE CRAP! shouldn't they back up their databases! i recommend anyone who has redeemed cards recently check their pending list. They send no notification, how are collectors suppose to know something went wrong. who knows what else i'm missing. i'm going to have to dig around my old card boxes and emails now to make sure everything is still there.

I'm screwed on one card, i lost the redemption for one david pastrnak and i can't find the stupid confirmation. Thanks upperdeck for screwing over long time collectors!

"We need to make customers aware that during a migration of our redemption server at midnight on Monday, 8/17, the server went down and remained down until Tuesday afternoon, 8/18. If you entered any redemption codes at that time, please make sure they are showing on your account and reenter them if need be as they may not have registered. The new server allows us to have a more robust system that will have increased alerts and warnings to eliminate issues like this in the future. And we chose to make this upgrade at a time when we have the fewest pending redemptions in recent years with less than 9,000 waiting on fulfilment. Most of that number is waiting on athletes to return their cards to us which our Athlete Relations team is actively pursuing. We apologize for the inconvenience."

Pastrnak has returned a whole bunch of his autos lately.

yeah, i don't see anything there. plus upperdeck recently sent me the wrong redemption card yesterday. my faith in them is running a little thin

i just checked mine and have the same problem:

premier tobias rieder rc/auto/patch /299 x2 (both there)
premier tobias rieder rc/auto/patch silver /25 (??missing??)

will probably try and call them tommarow to find out what happened.

Just checked mine and my MVP McDavid redemption was missing, I reentered in the redemption code and it was accepted not sure what to make of that.

i just re entered my code for the rieder and it worked, not sure why it was gone in the first place. thanks Rudo!!!

i'll have to go through them all and double check them.

Just checked mine and I am in the same boat. I guess I won't buy redemption cards and only request the code with free shipping anymore.
