I remember collecting cards similar to these cameo cards as a kid... sometimes a player you liked didn't have a card and you found him on another player's card.

Yeah these cards are fun cards to add to a collection, that's for sure.

Added a very big 1/1 card to the collection today! Thank you to all involved with helping me add this card to my collection. You may remember how I silently lost out on this back back in 2019, but now the card is finally at home in this collection.

Thanks so much! After all these years, it's always nice to grab a new 1/1, especially something prominent like a Game-Used Tag card. First time owning a card like that.

I normally do not share duplicate cards, but I just picked up another copy of the 2012-13 Dominion Peerless Patches set that was so well done. This is my 3rd copy of this card, and while the patch isn't uber-amazing, it's the first copy in my PC to feature a piece of the sabre blade in center the Sabres logo.

Added a different kind of 1/1 card today with a 2021 Leaf Sketch Card Artist Proof 1/1.This awesome piece was created by card artist, Matthew Stewart.

It is very cool! Matt reached out to me on Twitter after I asked if anyone knew any card artists.

What made me go with Matt was that he'd worked for multiple card companies on some of their artistic card sets and I thought that was really awesome. I was also pleased to hear he had some Artist Proof cards still available to make me a card for my PC.

Updated the collection today with some Russian mail, as I added this 2018-19 SeReal KHL 11th Season Blue parallel to my collection.



Aside from being an unnumbered parallel /20, these 'Blue' parallels look almost identical to the 'Light Blue' parallels in the same set, making it that much harder to track down. I've posted scans below of the two parallels:

Safe to say this card was a nice one to cross off the list. Now I'm only 4 cards away from completing a monstrous 18-card rainbow.
