Add a New TTM Address

For some reason I cannot add a new address for something TTM. It will not let me edit the first or last name, then when I submit it, it says that I did not fill out either of those fields. What am I doing wrong or do I need permission to add an address? HELP!!!

This is a known issue when using Chrome or Firefox. If you use Internet Explorer, the error doesn't occur. The other option that another member (haynmay) found is that instead of clicking to add a new address, use Add a new player, and it will add the new address to the already existing player. Please make sure when doing this that you enter the first and last name exactly as the current entry (Jr. versus Jr versus Junior).
